Zuhtu is a professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and business development. He graduated from Boğaziçi University in 1989, majoring in English. With a solid educational foundation from Bursa Anatolian High School, he embarked on an exciting career journey.
For over seven years, he held various positions at Pearson, the world’s largest educational publisher. He started as a training consultant in the Turkey office, helping clients make the most of educational resources. Later, he became a sales and marketing representative in the UK office, focusing on Southern Europe. He then took on the challenge of managing sales and marketing in the Middle East and Gulf countries from the Dubai office.
In 2005, Zuhtu joined IMM Group as a managing partner, leading marketing and sales projects for multinational companies like Coca Cola, Kraft, Cadburry, Ferrero, and Barilla. He’s been instrumental in developing effective strategies to boost brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, he became a real estate broker and established the successful RE/MAX Hills franchise in 2015. He’s been providing real estate brokerage services, leveraging his market knowledge and customer-centric approach.
Outside his corporate ventures, Zuhtu is also a co-founder of Kiraplus, a Proptech start-up. This innovative venture showcases his commitment to shaping the real estate industry through technology-driven solutions.
He holds ABR and SRS designations and is also one of the 3 certified NAR instructors in Turkey.

I was born in 1971. I studied successively at Samsun Anadolu, İçel Anadolu, and Konya Anadolu High Schools. I graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in International Relations and Political Science in 1994.
I have worked mainly at sales and marketing positions in the finance, real estate development, and defense industries between 1992-2002. In 2002,
I have founded and became a managing partner at IMM, providing consultancy and services in commercial marketing, category, and design management to global companies like Nestle, Coca-Cola, P&G, Frito Lay, and Elite Foods in 2002.
In 2014, after analysing the real estate sector, my business partner and I signed a franchise agreement and established Remax Hills under the principles of institutional discipline, honesty, creating value, empathy, and adding value., We earned numerous awards through the Services, sales and investments we provided to our valuable customers, investors, and developers.
Driven by my passion for learning, growing, and improving, in the real estate sector, I completed CCIM 101 for Commercial Real Estate Investment Financial Analysis, ACP-Commercial Real Estate Expertise, Remax Collection Luxury Residential Expertise, Remax Power Camp, Remax MPIRE – Managing People in Real Estate, Real Estate Valuation and Legislation, Level 5 Vocational Qualification trainings, and obtained success certificates. Additionally, I completed the Real Estate and Real Estate Management program at AOF University. We welcome valuable customers, investors, and business partners who we can create difference, benefit, and opportunity for to our company.
I also have personal interests outside of my professional career. I have a passion for reading books about military history, delving into the intriguing stories of battles and strategies. As an antique enthusiast, I have a particular fascination with collecting militaria objects such as shields, axes, and spears, especially those dating back to the 15th to 18th centuries.
