About Your CIPS Instructor, Paul Daemen
Daemen has been in real estate since 2002 with six years as Managing Broker. He maintains a U.S. broker license (Kansas), and has lived full-time in Nicaragua since 2016. Currently, Paul is the Managing Broker at Aurora Colonial, Granada, Nicaragua; Board member of the Nicaraguan Real Estate Board (CANIBIR); and actively involved in setting up the MLS Board for Nicaragua and El Salvador.
Paul is a Dutch native who speaks Dutch, Spanish, English, and some German. He has taught real estate courses at NAR Convention 2018, CANIBIR Nicaragua, and CSBR El Salvador and Kansas. He currently holds these designations & certifications: CCIM, CIPS, TRC, CRS, ABR, GRI, AHWD, and E-Pro. He specializes in Global Business and commercial real estate and retirement communities.
Paul has a Masters in Industrial Admin from Iowa State University; and has completed global real estate transactions in six different countries, business in 55 countries, and lived in ten.
