Michael Glazier

Senior VP Development-Golub

Michael Glazier brings a global perspective to the firm’s development work. With extensive experience in transit-oriented development in the U.S. and abroad, Michael is responsible for overseeing development programs for Golub buildings in the U.S. His experience includes serving as managing director of Golub’s joint venture company with GE Capital in Central and Eastern Europe from 1992 to 2002, where he oversaw the company’s development business operations. He also founded and served as managing principal at Sertus Capital Partners, LLC, where he managed several transit-oriented developments.

Gabriel Nagy has been a consultant to many international and U.S agencies, including the World Bank, International Finance Corporation (IFC), USAID, the Inter American Development Bank (IADB), the Organization of American States (OAS), and UN-Habitat.  He has worked in many parts of the world including Colombia, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Jamaica, Guyana, Haiti, Lebanon, Guatemala, Mongolia, Iraq, Albania, Afghanistan, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. Worked for the National Savings Fund (FNA) in Colombia.

As Market Officer, Jeff leads the leasing and asset management efforts while overseeing the capital development and capital recycling work for the Chicago region. Jeff is also responsible for sales and marketing analysis as well as acquisitions and dispositions, management of third-party property management, and maintaining interaction with clients and brokers. In his tenure of more than 25 years with IDI Logistics, Jeff has developed and managed the design and construction of projects totaling more than 15 million square feet (approximate market value of $900 million) ranging from mid-rise office buildings to distribution warehouses.
