Anna Maria KowalikSVP, Director of Business Development INLAND GREEN CAPITAL LLCAnna Maria Kowalik is responsible for business development and deal originations for Inland Green Capital LLC, a capital provider for commercial C-PACE projects and part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois. In this role, she has been instrumental in the closing of the first three C-PACE deals in the State of Illinois, and numerous others since Illinois’ C-PACE Program inception in 2019.
Ms. Kowalik possesses 25 years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate and Property Management sectors, including with a former Inland REIT where she oversaw portfolios of over 30 shopping centers, consisting of 3.4 million square feet with more than 500 tenants, and budgets close to a quarter billion dollars. She has been an active member of industry organizations and chambers of commerce, as well as being a liaison with municipal, county and state governments.
Mark GrossNational Account Executive, CSSI Inc. Cost Segregation Services Inc.Mark has provided cost segregation services for property owners nationwide since 2010. His projects include multi-family apartments, single tenant (NNN), industrial, retail, hotels, office, etc. His previous background is in upper management overseeing supply chain and operations for large manufacturers and a retail chain. Mark has a BS in Business Administration.
Since 2003, CSSI (Cost Segregation Services Inc) has completed over 30,000 studies nationwide.
