10:00am – 11:30 am

Speaker: Arihiro Shintani (Ari), CPM, CCIM

Assist Ashiya k.k. CEO/President, IREM Japan west area chapter director, CCIM Japan 2020 president

In this information society, I decided to start a company, ‘Assist Asset co. Ltd” convinced that the business style rounded up by the “Information Gap” between customers and real estate agents would soon be abolished. Aspiring to be a consultant who is well-versed in financial engineering and real estate tax to create the next-generation customer base.
Now, I am assigned as CCIM 2020 president, and try to figure out “in-bound” and “out-bound” business across borders as global real estate investment. I have already started a small investment in San Diego, and my dream is to set logic and a way to compare global real estate investments to make success. It is really an honor to join as a part of “Change the game”.

After graduated Kwansei-Gakuin University in 2004, Joined MISUMI Co., Ltd. Engaged in press and mold parts sales in Nagoya for one year as sales in the third year. Trained by Toyota and affiliates. In charge of launching new business fields in the FA Division from the 4th year. Responsible for marketing measures such as Web catalog. Received a resignation in Frankfurt, Germany in the 6th year. It was just after the Great Depression in 2008. In spite of the tremendous yen appreciation, we made full use of such measures as launching a multilingual Web catalog, call center reform, sales CRM introduction, and goal setting. The business scale is from 7 billion to 13 billion.
Just after the appreciation of the yen ended, a resignation notice was issued, however, I decided to leave the company judging that the goal at the time of joining the company was achieved.
Joined as my father’s successor to Assist-Ashiya Co. Ltd.
The machine parts mail-order business has changed into a one-value and one-value real estate business and is greatly confused by the gap.
Attempts to introduce system management, etc., learned at a major company, fail, and I feel irritated. About two years have passed and the body cannot tolerate various changes and develops
    “generalized alopecia”.

I attended the CPM qualification course in 2016 to find the appropriateness and ambiguity of the real estate industry and the answers to the logic and numerical management I have cultivated.
Learn and immerse yourself in the first scientific approach to real estate investment. The investment theory and improvement plan learned in CPM will be put into practice at the company’s property and will be a great success. Enrolled in CCIM the following year (2017), surrounded by exciting synchronization and senior coaches. Drive investment theory further into my body. From that time, I started to consult about inheritance and real estate investment.
Estimate the client’s income and expenditure plan as accurately as possible, evaluate the method of summarizing it in a short and easy-to-understand manner and increase the number of referral customers.
