  Vicky is a Broker-Associate with Compass and a passionate community advocate. She has been servicing organizations and/or private clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures with a focus on providing extraordinary service. Her success has been based upon extreme client service and skills that extends over every facet of real estate. Many of her clients rave about her ability to place them in areas whose values have significantly outpaced the market.

  Vicky has been a manager, instructor, mentor, partner and investor in brokerage and investment partnerships. Her services expand to both domestic and international clientele. She’s been a speaker in various real estate events and conferences domestically and abroad.

  Servicing the Asian community through the Asian Real Estate Association of America(AREAA) where she was the 2016 National Chair. Under her leadership, she successfully spearheaded the ‘No Other’ campaign. The campaign’s success resulted in a historic win for the Asian American and Pacific Islander(AAPI) community creating a distinct category for AAPI in the US Census Bureau’s Quarterly Homeownership Reports. A distinct AAPI category means that AAPI data can now be aggregated on its own and allows us to get data on homeownership gaps and challenges within the AAPI community. These quarterly reports will put a needed spotlight on AAPI homeownership for government agencies and businesses to create and implement policies to help more AAPIs achieve the American dream of homeownership.

  She is involved with the Realtor association at the local, state and national levels. Her sense of volunteerism and dedication to the industry is unparalleled. Vicky graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Economics. She has earned several real estate designations to sharpen her skills and be on top of whatever real estate cycle we experience. This educational training makes her more resilient and knowledgeable to impart to her clients to make their investments as profitable as possible.

  Vicky is married to her husband of 30+ years with 2 beautiful girls, Camille and Carla. The former becoming a first time home buyer in 2021!
