Alex Escudero is a global real estate strategist with more than 20 years of experience advising organizations operating across international markets.
Over the past decade, he helped lead the global strategy of the National Association of REALTORS®, the largest real estate association in the world, including five years as Director of Global Strategy, where he played a key role in strengthening the organization’s international footprint and institutional relationships across more than 70 countries.
Throughout his career, Alex has worked at the intersection of global expansion, institutional partnerships, and cross-border business development, advising real estate organizations navigating new markets and international growth opportunities.
He also pioneered innovative Spanish-language industry initiatives connecting the United States, Spain, and Latin America, creating platforms that bring together associations, brokerages, developers, investors, and prop tech innovators across the global Spanish-speaking real estate ecosystem.
