CGBN – A Regional Overview by NAR, 2024 Global Coordinators (GC’s)

NAR Global Coordinators: Global Coordinators are appointed annually by the NAR President. There are six regions: 1) North America, Central America, and the Caribbean; 2) South America; 3) Asia/Pacific; 4) Western Europe; 5) Central/Eastern Europe, and 6) Middle East, and Africa. Each Global Coordinator serves in one of these regions and oversees all Global Ambassadors in the region. Global Ambassadors can expect to meet with their Global Coordinators at NAR meetings and should contact them with specific issues throughout the year.

These GC’s possess extensive knowledge of their regions and are leaders in building relationships with their NAR partner countries.

Also, Mark is multiple award-winning instructor including 2021 CIPS Instructor of the year.

Alina is an economic development, global real estate and Proptech consultant, speaker and investor based in San Francisco, California. She offers solutions for different aspects of PropTech solution implementation, global real estate, advising on business development, marketing, transactions, real estate practice and ethics, education, and volunteering. Throughout her career, she prides herself in connecting the private, government and non-governmental sectors, with SDG 17 and ESG principles in mind.

With a previous career in International Sales and Marketing for a Multinational company to position the company’s brand, products, and expand business opportunities in LATAM countries, UAE and Jordan, Ileana relocated back to the USA after her last assignment in Brazil and Mexico and decided to get her Real Estate license in 2010 with her focus in Global Real Estate, her first designation earned was the CIPS.  As a REALTOR®, she guides international buyers/sellers and investors, as well as U.S. customers through the Real Estate Transaction to achieve their real estate goals.

Her passion for Global Real Estate brought her an opportunity to get involve in the NAR Global Program, she currently serves as the NAR Global Coordinator to South America.

She enjoys teaching and featuring the beauty of what each country has to offer, their business culture, presenting real estate opportunities and connecting REALTORS with International REALTOR® members globally to expand and grow their business.
