A real estate professional with over twenty years of experience, excels in working with international clients and holds leadership roles in various real estate organizations. She is endorsed by NAR as C2EX. A graduate of the prestigious Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, and has received multiple awards for her contributions to the industry including GLAR REALTOR® of the year.

Brenda is a NAR instructor for internacional and diversity designations. She currently leads the GLOBAL GROUP, a top-ranking multilingual team at RE/MAX Dallas Suburbs. She serves as a Texas Regional Vice President and Director at the local, state and national boards of REALTORS®. She is actively involved in NAHREP, AREAA, and AMPI Internacional.

As a NAR Global Ambassador for México, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, she promotes global market cooperation and brand awareness.

Emilio Rojas Cobi

Originally from Ciudad Mante, Tamaulipas, Emilio has established his presence in the city and port of Tampico, where he currently resides. He graduated as an Industrial Engineer in Production from the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero, Tamps., marking the beginning of a career that spans the Maquiladora and Petrochemical Industry in Global Markets.

A versatile professional with a strong background in Administration, Leadership, and Management Systems, Emilio excels in the real estate sector as an entrepreneur and broker for “REMAX Dreams” in Altamira and “REMAX Nasara” in Monterrey. With over 15 years of experience, he holds certifications in Marketing, Market Analysis, Valuation, and Real Estate Project Management.

His commitment to business and real estate development is evident in his role as Secretary of the Council of Business Institutions of Southern Tamaulipas (CIEST) in 2018, and his active participation in the Tampico Campestre Rotary Club.

As a prominent member of AMPI since 2009, he has held key roles such as President of the AMPI Tampico Section in 2018, National Councilor in 2020-2021 in the Vice Presidencies of Marketing in 2020 and Treasury and Finance in 2021, Executive National Vice President in 2023, and currently, President-Elect National 2024.

Gabriela Hernández Chargoy, CIPS, ABR, TRC, RENE.
International Director of AMPI

With a remarkable track record in the Real Estate Industry, Gabriela currently serves as the International Director of AMPI and National Coordinator of AMPI Global Councils. With 26 years of real estate experience, she has been an active member of AMPI for fifteen years, in addition to holding membership in NAR. In 2021, she held the position of Vice President of Communication. Furthermore, in 2023, she served on the board of directors for CILA.

Fluent in several languages, Gabriela is a real estate professional specializing in developments and luxury homes. She is the CIO of Corporativo Hernandez Chargoy Real Estate and Broker Owner of RE/MAX Icon in Puebla. She holds several certifications, including a Master’s degree in Real Estate Business Development and international certifications such as ABR, CIPS, TRC, and RENE, among others.

Her professional background includes roles in the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) in 1990 and at Walt Disney World Co as a lead trainer in 1909. Additionally, she has participated in international business research projects with Alex Marquez in the” Learning Tours Program.”
