I am seeing a steady increase of properties being marketed on LinkedIn – this is a great forum and if you are not using it, you should!

We are experiencing some good traction with residential (apartment) marketing through Facebook advertising and are running some sample commercial property ads on Facebook as well.

The hospitality industry is currently experiencing low occupancy and like in 2008, there are investors looking to take advantage of the down turn. These investors are looking to buy some of these assets and as history has shown, two or three years from now, they will profit handsomely.
