    Charles Lutz is a Business Development Manager for Kastle, the largest provider of access control, video and security systems for the commercial real estate industry. In his role, Charles helps building owners design and implement security strategies at that are unique to the properties location and physical characteristics. Charles works with the largest owners, asset managers and property managers in the Midwest on both one-off and portfolio solutions.

    Previously, Charles spent ten years at CoStar Group providing the commercial real estate industry with marketing and data solutions.

    Charles earned a B.A. from Syracuse University and resides in the West Loop with his wife and his two sons.

    Craig Capilla is a trial lawyer, concentrating his practice in a wide range of civil litigation, including professional liability and commercial claims. He has successfully defended licensed individuals and professional firms accused of negligence or improper activity in their respective practices. Craig has also represented numerous licensed professionals in state licensing matters including real estate brokers, real estate appraisers, medical doctors, nursing home administrators, process servers, mortgage loan originators and brokers. He has represented clients in both state and federal lawsuits and has appeared in various judicial circuits across Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and California.

    Previously a prosecutor for the Real Estate Division of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Craig has the unique perspective of having been on both sides of litigating regulatory matters, drafting statutes and rules that impact the licensed professions, and working directly with licensed professionals to minimize the risk of running into trouble. He has taught seminars on professional liability for licensees as well as the appraisal practice, authored articles for real estate publications, and been a featured speaker at professional association conferences around the country.

    Craig earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan, majoring in History and Political Science. He then earned a Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law. Craig is authorized to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin, and is a member of the trial bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as well as being admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Northern District of Indiana, the Western District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.
