Since 2009, Nate has demonstrated remarkable versatility as a broker in the Chicago market. He has been the lead broker in more than 250 transactions including selling 1,300+ apartment units, development sites contributing over 650 new construction apartments and has sold and/or leased more than 750,000 SF of retail and commercial space.
