As co-founder and partner at Land Partners, LLC for the past 31 years, I specialize in the acquisition and sale of land. Since starting in the land business, Larry has negotiated the purchase of tens of thousands of acres of land for the major builders and developers in the Chicago land area.  With his expertise and market knowledge, he has helped determine the prices and types of product that each market can support.  Larry has worked as a broker for many real estate developers because he understands the market and gets the deals done.  In addition, Larry has formed lasting working relationships with land owners and many look to him because of his insight into the changing real estate markets.
