Bruce Heller has a real estate background incorporating Thirty Two (32) years of commercial, leasing and investment brokerage activity. This includes; consulting services, tenant representation, leasing, partnership formation, brokerage and property management and court appointed Receivership work.

At age 64 he is a member of; ICSC, REIA, CAR, NICAR and CREC. He is currently on the 2021 President of NICAR (Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors ? the regional commercial real estate trade association) and a former Director of R.E.I.A. (The Real Estate Investment Association) a professional trade association. He is currently on the Zoning Board of Appeals in his home community.

ÿMr. Heller is a Senior Elite Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial, NRT. He has been a top producer, in the Midwest region, consistently over the last Seventeen years. Number one (#1) in the region Four (4) times in that Fourteen year space. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, NRT – For 11 years Bruce was the managing partner of Cityview Associates, Inc., a regional commercial real estate firm located in Chicago?s Lincoln Park neighborhood. The firm handled brokerage assignments across the entire Chicago area marketplace

With Thirty Two (32) years of brokerage and leasing along with Nineteen (19) years of property management, Mr. Heller is active in marketing, leasing, managing and consulting. His expertise in commercial real estate includes; the sale of investment grade assets, management, leasing and brokerage of strip style shopping centers, mid sized and area industrial properties. He has acted, for twenty six years as a Chancery Court Receiver (in Cook, DuPage, Will, Kendall DeKalb and Lake County, Illinois) as well as being a Federal court Receiver and mortgagee-in-possession managing agent for a variety of local, regional and national institutions.

Bruce has taught courses in Real Estate acquisition(s), analysis, management and syndication in Chicago, New York & Las Vegas as well as at numerous trade association conferences. He has also been a speaker and coordinator for several Board of Realtors marketing and educational seminars, as well as regional and national trade association functions. He holds a Certified Negotiating Specialist designation.
