DESCRIPTION:\nBitprop is a township development company which partners with township property owners to build backyard rental flats behind their homes. Using privately invested capital, Bitprop develops each property and trains the homeowner to become a property entrepreneur. Over 10 years, the rental income is shared, providing the homeowner with a new income stream and the investors with a return on investment.\nDylan is the COO and a founding team member of Bitprop. He has been involved in various aspects of team development, marketing, rental management, homeowner relations and tech development to take Bitprop from inception to almost 500 units across 90+ properties. He studied a Bachelor of Business Sciences in Management Studies with a specialisation in Marketing and a major in Economics.\nAnika is Bitprop’s lead architect and joined the team in 2022. She has had a significant impact on the design evolution of the Bitprop flats, specifically around optimising the internal space and tenant liveability through design and within the low-cost-housing budget parameters. She oversees construction and design progress from concept to completion and establishes core relationships with homeowners. Anika also works with key industry figures on municipal by-law reformation to help make formal backyard developments more accessible to all township property owners and developers.\nAnika graduated with an Undergraduate, Honours and Master’s Degree in Architecture from The University of Cape Town.\nRegister Here!\n\n
