DESCRIPTION:Join us for a dynamic online event where commercial real estate brokers gather to promote their most important priority (seller, buyer, landlord or tenant need).  All commercial practitioners may attend.\nThis month we are excited to have guest speaker Jerry Brown who will present on How to Help Your Clients Manage Assessment Volatility.\nJerry Brown is an attorney at Siegel & Callahan, P.C. where he practices property tax appeals. Jerry earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota School of Law. Jerry is also an Adjunct Professor at UIC Law School, where he teaches Remedies, Federal Courts, Moot Court, and Legal Drafting.\nJerry is a member of the Southside Builders Association (Board Member, 2017 – present), American Constitution Society (Executive Committee Co-Chair), Illinois Property Tax Lawyers Association, and AFCOM.  Jerry serves as General Counsel for 100 Black Men of Chicago and is a volunteer for the Edward J. Lewis II Lawyers in the Classroom program.
