NICAR is proud to offer to our membership the availability of subscription services to the MLSNI.  MLSNI is a regional database for residential and commercial listings in the Chicago Metro Area.  Information on this database is limited to full access by licensed Realtors®.  In addition to For Sale and For Lease property information, MLSNI also provides tax record information, Agent, Broker & Real Estate Office information, Phone Search information, School information and Email to it's subscribers. 

MLSNI.net, MLSNI's Internet access to all three of our members only systems. This is a private secured entry into the systems provided exclusively to our subscribers, The REALTOR® members of the 13 Chicagoland Boards and Associations of REALTORS®.

Listing information on the database can also be viewed by the general public through mlsni.net which is also linked to the National Association of Realtors® website, Realtor.com.
