MRED Registration
We invite you to join MRED (formerly known as MLSNI) through your NICAR membership. MRED is a regional database for residential and commercial listings in the Chicago Metro Area. Information on this database is limited to full access by licensed Realtors®. In addition to For Sale and For Lease property information, MRED also provides tax record information, Agent, Broker & Real Estate Office information, Phone Search information, School information and Email to it's subscribers.
TRAINING: Free MRED training is available to members. Contact MRED at 630-955-2755 for class information. Classes are held at multiple locations and online.

MRED fees are for the calendar year January 1, 2011 – December 31, 2011, and fees are pro-rated. Upon receipt of your payment, we will register you with MRED and contact you with your agent ID number and password.
MRED by-laws require an office where any one person joins or subscribes to the organization; all in the office must join. If your company is a Non MLS office, NEW Office set up fee is $400.00 with no pro-ration. (One time only fee)
Total Current Membership Cost for Existing MLS Offices: $275.00
Non MLS Offices Membership Cost: $400.00 plus current membership cost of $275.00
